What is 23/1
We’ve taken this theme and made it into a bootcamp. 23/1 is a 45 minute prison-style bootcamp that takes its hardcore training style and makes it a fun, team-oriented workout for both men and women of all fitness levels. These workouts require absolutely no fitness equipment and can also be done in the “confinement” of your home. These unique workouts were developed to help you get that “killer body” you’ve been looking for. They’ve served their time now its time to serve yours!
Ex- Felon turned trainer Dontrell Britton has developed these unique, prison style workouts to get you that "Killer Body" you've been looking for. He's done his time now it's time to do yours.
How Does 23/1 Work?
ONE - The Lock Up
There's no reason to be intimidated. Turn Yourself In, Meet Your Trainers and be processed in! (Before Mug Shot and Stats)
TWO - Your Sentencing!
All participants are sentenced to 4 Weeks of unlimited high intense, body weight, prison style workouts. Each Week will be broken down into The Four Stages of Reform: Week 1 -ENDURANCE, Week 2 - CORE CONDITIONING, WEEK 3 - STRENGTH TRAINING, Week 4 - PEAK WEEK. We encourage all participants to bring your mat, a towel, and water to set yourself up for your amazing workout!
Three - The Release
Upon release, participants are encouraged to take an individual "Time Served" photo for CC's Social Media. Remember, this isn't just a BootCamp, its an experience. An experience inside the "Hard-Body" of Prisoners. Will You Make the most of your time?
Four - Spread The Word!
23/1 is all about REFORM. We hire returning citizens who demonstrate a commitment to positively transforming their lives and their bodies. Also 10% of all profits will be donated to our Selected Charity Partner(s)
